2. About Lumina

Lumina Jewelry Co. is a jewelry brand based in Tallahassee, Florida. All of our pieces are finished in the USA from imported materials. We are a veteran-owned business. Our stones are lab-created moissanite, ethically and sustainably produced as an alternative to mined diamonds. We use 925 sterling silver and 18k gold vermeil in our jewelry.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products and Inventory

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product colors and features accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will reflect the exact appearance of the jewelry. Slight variations in color, finish, or stone appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or the hand-finished nature of our products.

Our moissanite stones are lab-created and graded VVS1 in clarity. They pass standard diamond tester evaluations. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per order, per customer, or per household.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Lumina. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or payment verification failures.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The total price charged at checkout includes the product price and applicable shipping fees. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. If a payment is declined or fails verification, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

In the event of a pricing error on our Site, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and offer you the option to re-order at the correct price or receive a full refund.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages left unattended or stolen after confirmed delivery. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Returns and Refunds

Custom, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

9. Warranties and Product Care

Our jewelry is hand-finished and intended for regular wear with reasonable care. We recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and prolonged water contact to preserve the finish of your pieces. To the extent permitted by law, all products are sold "as is" without express warranties beyond those required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to product images, photography, text, logos, designs, graphics, and layout, is the property of Lumina Jewelry Co. and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission. The Lumina name and logo are trademarks of Lumina Jewelry Co.

11. User-Generated Content and Reviews

If you submit a product review, photo, testimonial, or any other content to our Site, you grant Lumina a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and modify that content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
