We want you to love your Lumina jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email contact@luminajewelryco.com with your order number to request a return label.

2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging.

4. Drop off at your nearest carrier location.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return to the original payment method.
