Free Shipping Thresholds

Standard shipping is $7.99, with a free Standard option on qualifying orders of $115 or more. Express shipping is $15.99, with a free Express option on qualifying orders of $185 or more. No shipping promo code is required; select your available method at checkout.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If you need help locating it, email contact@luminajewelryco.com.

Hand-finished to Order

Because every piece is finished to order, most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Pieces with special stones, such as our pink-stone styles, depend on material availability and ship within 3 weeks. If materials run late, we'll email you before your order is due with a new ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
